- Why aren't screenshots proof of a betting record?
- A screenshot only shows what someone chose to post. It can be cropped, edited, or shared after the game, and the losses rarely make it in. SportsDataNow captures each pick from the original post, timestamps it before game time, grades it from official scores, and keeps every result, wins and losses alike. That makes your record something followers can check, not just take your word for.
- How does automatic bet tracking work?
- Connect X, Discord, Telegram, SMS or email in minutes, or ask us and we'll set it up for you. We verify each source is yours, then SportsDataNow tracks every pick automatically. Once a game ends, our system grades each pick as a win, loss, or push, usually within 15 minutes of the final whistle, then updates your dashboard instantly.
- How do you verify picks are legitimate?
- Every pick is timestamped the moment it's captured from your post or entered into the system. SportsDataNow verifies that each bet was logged before the game started, so your performance record reflects real pre-game calls, not retroactive picks. Your followers can trust what they see.
- What sports and bet types does SportsDataNow support?
- We support any sport or bet type you wish to track. Just let us know, and if we don't have it already, we'll add it.
- How much does SportsDataNow cost?
- Plans are priced by how many messages you send us each month: Starter is $50 for 500 messages, Pro is $75 for 1,000, and Elite is $100 for 2,000. Every plan includes every source, auto-grading, verification, and the full dashboard. Starter comes with a 3-day free trial for new customers. Need more than 2,000 a month? Contact us about a Custom plan.
- What counts as a message?
- A message is each post we read from your connected channels or each pick sheet you upload. Posts with an image count as 3. Bets you type in by hand are always free. Every post we read from a connected channel counts, whether or not it has a pick in it, so keeping chatter out of a tracked channel keeps your count down.
- Why does a post with an image count as 3?
- Reading a bet slip or pick graphic takes a lot more work than reading text, so a post with an image counts as 3 messages. It's 3 per post, not per image.
- Do bets I enter by hand count?
- No. Bets you type in with the manual form never count toward your messages, on any plan.
- What happens when I reach my limit?
- We automatically add 100 messages for $5 when you reach your limit, so tracking never stops and no picks are missed. The charge goes to your card on file right away and you get a receipt. We also email you the first time it happens each month. Unused extra messages expire when your month resets.
- Can I control overage charges?
- Yes. Overage is capped at $100 a month by default. Change the cap in Settings any time, or set it to $0 to never be charged automatically. If you hit your cap, we keep saving every message from your channels and pause tracking new picks until you raise the cap, upgrade, or your month resets. Nothing is lost, and picks are tracked with their original post times.
- Can I change plans mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: you pay the prorated difference and the bigger quota applies right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Extra messages you've already bought aren't refunded when you upgrade.
- When does my message count reset?
- At the start of each billing period, on your plan's renewal date. Unused messages don't roll over.
- How does the free trial work?
- New customers can start Starter with a 3-day free trial that includes 50 messages. The trial is for first-time subscribers only: if you've had a plan with us before, your plan starts right away. A card is required to start. If you reach 50 messages during the trial, we keep saving your messages and pause tracking until you start your plan. There are no overage charges during the trial. We email you a reminder before your first charge, and you can cancel any time before it.
- What if I need more than 2,000 messages a month?
- Contact us about a Custom plan. We'll size the quota and price to your volume.
- How is SportsDataNow different from a spreadsheet?
- A spreadsheet can't pull your picks from social media, grade them automatically, prove they were logged before game time, or generate shareable visuals. SportsDataNow automates the entire process, from capture to grading to presentation, so you spend your time growing your business, not maintaining a sheet.
- Can I share my results on social media?
- Yes, that's a core part of the platform. SportsDataNow turns your results into clean, professional visuals straight from the dashboard, built to post on X, Instagram, Discord, or wherever you grow your following.
- Which platforms does SportsDataNow auto-capture from?
- Every plan supports automatic pick capture from X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, SMS, and Email. Connect your sources yourself in minutes, or ask us and we'll set them up for you. Either way, we verify each source is yours before it starts tracking. The moment you post a pick, SportsDataNow captures it, structures the bet, and adds it to your tracker with no manual entry required.
- Can I pull my bets into my own website?
- Yes. API access is available as an add-on on any plan. It's a read-only key that lets your own site or app pull your verified picks, grades, and stats directly from SDN. Add it from Settings once you're signed in, or contact us to set it up.
