Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Sports Data Now LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates app.sportsdatanow.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:

• Create an account (e.g., name, email address, username, password)
• Contact us for support or inquiries
• Subscribe to newsletters or notifications
• Complete any forms on the Service
• Submit bet records, picks, or wager data manually or through connected platforms

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version, operating system, and device type
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths
• Referring URLs and exit pages
• Date and time of access
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

2.3 Data Collected via Third-Party Platforms

Where you authorize Sports Data Now LLC to connect with Third-Party Platforms such as X, Discord, Telegram, SMS, email, or similar messaging services, we may collect the following data from those platforms:

• Username or display name on the Third-Party Platform
• Messages, picks, or bet-related data you post in connected channels or groups
• User IDs or platform-specific identifiers necessary to associate data with your account
• Information needed to verify that you own or control a connected source, as described below

Verifying connected sources. Before a source starts collecting picks, we verify that you own or control it. Depending on the platform, we collect:

• Discord: your Discord user ID when you sign in and add our bot, the server's ID and name, and whether you own or administer that server. Our bot asks only for permission to view channels and read message history.
• Telegram: the Telegram user ID that linked your account and added our bot; the chat's ID, title, and @username; and whether that user created the channel. We also record each chat our bot is added to (who added it, the chat's title, and the bot's status), even before the chat is verified. Posts from chats that have not been verified are discarded when received and never stored.
• X: your X user ID, handle, and whether the account is protected.
• SMS: the verification text you send us, stored like any other inbound message along with the carrier's delivery information.
• Email: the email address you confirm.
• All platforms: the number and timing of verification attempts, the evidence we used to verify a source (kept so we can resolve ownership disputes), and our notes on any dispute decision.

We do not keep access tokens from X or Discord. We use them once to read your account details and then discard them.

We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service and will not access messages or content unrelated to the features you have enabled. By connecting a Third-Party Platform, you represent that you have the authority to authorize such data access.

2.4 Information from Other Third Parties
